These terms apply when you use the Digital Guru website or engage Digital Guru for digital marketing services. By using the website or asking us to carry out work, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
1. Our services
Digital Guru provides digital marketing services, including search engine optimisation, advertising, social media, email marketing and campaign strategy. The exact work, timescales and deliverables for each engagement are set out in the proposal or agreement we send you. Where that document differs from these terms, the proposal or agreement takes priority.
2. Prices and payment
- Prices shown on this website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and do not include applicable taxes unless we say otherwise.
- Prices on the website are a guide. The fee for your work is the one confirmed in your proposal or invoice.
- Invoices are payable by the date shown on them. We may pause work on an account that is overdue.
- Third-party costs, such as advertising spend, software licences or stock media, are charged in addition to our fees unless your proposal says they are included.
3. What we need from you
So that we can do the work, you agree to give us accurate information, timely feedback and approvals, and any access we need to your website, analytics and advertising accounts. You confirm that you have the right to use any text, images, logos and other material you supply to us.
4. Results
We use our skill and experience to achieve the goals we agree with you. Search rankings, traffic, leads and sales depend on many things outside our control, including search engine and platform changes, your market and your competitors. For that reason we cannot guarantee a particular ranking, level of traffic or commercial result.
5. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including its text, graphics and logos, belongs to Digital Guru or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission. Work we create for you becomes yours once it has been paid for in full, except for our own tools, templates and methods, and any third-party material, which stay with their owners and are licensed to you as needed.
6. Confidentiality
Each of us will keep confidential any business information the other shares that is not public, and will use it only for the purposes of the work. This continues after the work has ended.
7. Third-party platforms
Our work often relies on services run by others, such as search engines, social networks, advertising platforms and analytics tools. Those services have their own terms and can change or withdraw features at any time. We are not responsible for their decisions, outages or policy changes, including the suspension of an account.
8. Using this website
- Do not use the website in a way that is unlawful, or that could damage it or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
- Do not try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system.
- We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be free of errors or interruptions.
- Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
9. Ending an engagement
Either of us may end an engagement by giving the notice set out in the proposal or agreement, or 30 days' written notice if none is stated. Work completed and costs committed up to the end date remain payable.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, and our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the three months before the claim arose.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply where Digital Guru is registered, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of that place.
